Kudos to mamang pulis!

When President Arroyo visited the Marineculture park in Samal Island, Davao Del Norte today, it took her about a minute to wear the gloves and it only took her about a blink of an eye in feeding the bangus fingerlings, which is suppose to be the most awaited moment by the photojournalist and videjournalists. Just one stroke and she’s done!
Whew, it’s always like than when covering Presidential sorties in the province. It would eat most of your time on the road or waiting for the President before capturing what we call “the decisive moment” in just a fraction of second.
